Harbour Cottage is a beautiful 3-storey flint and brick property which is situated in a quiet courtyard location, behind the historical Granary building on the Wells quayside. It has been tastefully refurbished with a nautical theme. The cottage is ideal for 2 couples or a family and has the advantage of two en-suite double bedrooms on the top floor. The living area on the first floor is open plan and has the advantage of Sky Sports, BT Sport, free Wi-Fi, and unlimited Broadband. Access to the south facing courtyard seating area is on this level. On the ground floor there is a bunk bedroom, a shower room/toilet and a small utility room with a washing machine. A tumble drier is provided in the garage. The cottage is superbly located with the quay, shops, restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall: with a shoe stand and comfortable armchair. There is access into the garage where there is a tumble drier, high chair, stair gates and a travel cot if required.
Utility Room: with a washing machine and coats storage.

Bedroom 3: Full-size bunk beds and a large built-in wardrobe.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

First Floor

This is an open plan design with a wooden floors, a door to the outside courtyard garden area and views out towards the harbour.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is an electric oven and halogen hob, a microwave and toaster is also provided.

The dining area has a good-sized table to seat six.
The sitting area has two comfortable sofas and an armchair. A large flat-screen TV and DVD player are complemented with a Sky Sports package together with BT Sport. There is Wi-Fi throughout the cottage with unlimited Broadband.

Second Floor

Bedroom 1: A king-size bed and lovely views out towards the sea. There are bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a TV.

The En-suite bathroom: has a bath with wall-mounted shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside

The property is situated off the road in a small courtyard behind the Granary building. There is private parking space for two cars immediately in front of the property.
At the back is a south facing walled seating area where there is an outside table, chairs and a barbecue. Please note that whilst this area is safe and fully enclosed, it is open to the adjacent properties on either side and is accessible via steps from the living area.

Directions

Having arrived at The Quay, turn at the opening on the right hand side of the Granary building (at the side of the Sowerby’s office). Turn left into the parking area and continue towards the garage doors at the far left. On your right there is a ramp up to three further properties, Harbour Cottage is the middle cottage. Parking is in front of the garage and the front door.
