  • Leave the A158 onto the B1195, signposted Winceby, Snipe dales, Lusby.
  • Follow the B1195 for approximately 4 miles through Winceby, Lusby and into Mavis Enderby.
  • Turn right, signposted Bolingbroke Castle, and turn right again onto Spilsby Hill.
  • Follow Spilsby Hill for approximately 1 mile to Old Bolingbroke.
  • Continue to follow the road through the village for a quarter of a mile.
  • Wisteria Cottage is on your left, immediately after the church on your left.

From the South, A16

  • Leave the A16 onto the A155, signposted Sleaford.
  • Follow the A155 for approximately 1.7 miles.
  • Turn right onto Hagnaby Road, signposted Bolingbroke Castle, Old Bolingbroke, Mavis Enderby.
  • Follow Hagnaby Road for approximately 1.2 miles to Old Bolingbroke.
  • Continue to follow the road through the village for just under half a mile.
  • Follow the road round to the right of the stone cross war memorial.
  • Wisteria Cottage is on your right, next to the Duke of Lancaster coat of arms.
